On August 16, 1983, The Walk Shop was awarded the protection of Trademark registration number #1,248,726. The first use in commerce was on September 5, 1978. Use of our federally registered service mark "The Walk Shop" without license is strictly forbidden. Any and all infringers on this trademark will be prosecuted immediately.
